Special Membership Meeting, 5pm, 4/24/2008.  We assembled at 1811 Dodds Avenue to consider two issues that were discussed in a newsletter mailing of more than two weeks previously. 

 One: we discussed and then passed by a greater than two thirds majority an amendment to the Club By Laws that reiterates the secular purpose and official conduct of club business and events.  Find specifics in the By Laws submenu of the "About" menu on the menu bar. 

Secondly:  The members attending voiced enthusiasm for Frank Knight's proposal to allow rent-free Club use of the lower 9000 sq. ft. of warehouse space in the building that he and his wife Sue own at 1811 Dodds Ave. in Chattanooga.  I will elaborate in this space soon.
